What do you do if you run Sydney's coolest new summer bar based on Sydney's busiest beach - and winter arrives?

Well you have to start thinking outside the box for a start - as you aren't going to get much walk-up custom from the beach when the evenings are 8 degrees, and you need to focus on the locals - do things that will bring them in.

The launch of Comedy at the Bucket List was a great idea - $10 for entry, or $30 with a meal from a set menu.

Upon arrival to this swanky little bar, I couldn’t help but think what a banging location. Strategically located underneath Hugos Lounge it is an ideal pit stop for a decently prized cocktail or two. Gig review: Jubilants

New indie quartet Jubilants only formed a little over a year ago but they proved their paving the path to superstardom with their perfect performance last weekend.

Launching their new single Spain, the Sydney-grown band ignited the crowd with a dance-punk sound that was set to blow minds for the next hour.

Clawing inspiration from Foals and Tempertrap, the lads are already denting the music scene, sparking interest in the blogosphere.
